1. The service
Orbit Coach HQ, operated by Orbit Coaching ("we", "us"), is a subscription coaching workspace for managing rosters, practices, calendars, athlete development, and program growth. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription and billing
Access requires a Coach Membership at $24.99 per month, billed in advance through our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the customer portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you store. You retain ownership of the content you enter (rosters, plans, notes, and athlete information). You must have the right to store any personal information about athletes, parents, or recruits that you add to the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, no interference with the service's operation, and no reselling access without our written permission.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
