1. What we collect
Account information (your name and email address) and the workspace content you create: rosters, practice plans, calendar events, athlete development notes, and program growth records. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
To provide and sync your workspace across your devices, process your subscription, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
3. Athlete and recruit data
You control the personal information you enter about athletes, parents, and recruits. Only you (and people you choose to share it with) can access it. You are responsible for having permission to store that information.
4. Where data lives
Your workspace is stored in our hosted database with access controls that isolate each coach's data. A copy is cached on your device for speed and offline reliability.
5. Your choices
You can edit or delete your workspace content at any time from within the app. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below.
